## 1. About Floradirekt.dk
Floradirekt.dk is a flower delivery platform that connects customers with independent local florists. Each order is prepared and fulfilled by a florist in our network, in accordance with our quality standards. Floradirekt.dk acts as the platform and payment facilitator, while responsibility for preparation and delivery lies with the florist.

## 2. Orders
- Orders can be placed online via Floradirekt.dk.
- An order is confirmed once payment has been received.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details (recipient name, address, phone number, delivery instructions) are accurate.

## 3. Delivery
- Standard delivery window: **07:30 – 20:00, Monday–Saturday**.
- Orders placed before **13:00 (1 PM)** are normally delivered the same day.
- No regular deliveries on Sundays or public holidays (except Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, or special campaigns).
- Flat delivery fee: **69 DKK per order**.

## 4. Products
- All products are made with fresh flowers by professional florists.
- Photos on the website are representative; seasonal availability may require substitutions of flowers or packaging, while maintaining the same value and style.
- Vase and additional items are included only if specified in the product description.

## 5. Returns & Refunds
- Flowers are perishable and cannot be returned.
- Refunds or replacements are only offered if delivery fails due to our error, the florist’s error, or if flowers arrive damaged or of poor quality (see full **Returns & Refunds Policy**).

## 6. Prices & Payment
- All prices are shown in DKK and include VAT (MOMS).
- Payments can be made using major credit/debit cards, MobilePay, or other methods available at checkout.
- Payment is processed securely at the time of order.

## 7. Liability
- Floradirekt.dk is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or when recipients are not available at the delivery address.
- Responsibility for preparation and delivery lies with the florist fulfilling the order, but Floradirekt.dk ensures that all florists follow our quality standards.
