# Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)  

Here you will find answers to the most common questions about ordering, delivery, and services at Floradirekt.dk.

## Ordering  

**How do I place an order?**  
Simply choose your bouquet, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter the recipient’s details, delivery address, and any special notes. You can also add a greeting card at no extra cost.  

**Can I add a personal message to my order?**  
Yes, every order includes a free greeting card. You can add your message during checkout.  

**Do you accept last-minute orders?**  
Yes. Orders placed before 13:00 (1 PM) are delivered the same day. Orders after 13:00 are delivered the next business day.

## Delivery  

**What are your delivery hours?**  
We deliver Monday–Saturday between **07:30 – 20:00**. For companies, deliveries are usually made before 16:00.  

**How much does delivery cost?**  
We charge a **flat fee of 69 DKK** per order – no hidden costs.  

**Do you deliver on Sundays or holidays?**  
Normally no, except on special occasions like **Mother’s Day** and **Valentine’s Day**.  

**How do I track my delivery?**  
Once your order leaves the florist, you will receive an email with a **live GPS tracking link**. From there you can follow the driver and even send delivery instructions.  

**What happens if the recipient is not home?**  
- If allowed, we may leave the flowers safely at the door.  
- If the notes say "do not leave by the door," and no one is home, the bouquet will be returned to the shop.  
- We always try to call both the sender and the recipient before returning the flowers.  

**What if the delivery address is wrong?**  
If the address is incomplete or incorrect, the flowers will be returned to the shop. The sender will be contacted to arrange a new delivery.

## Special Deliveries  

**Do you deliver to funerals?**  
Yes. Funeral flowers are always treated with priority. We strive to deliver **from 07:00** and ensure flowers arrive **at least 1 hour before the ceremony begins**. Please provide the ceremony details in your order.  

**Do you deliver to companies?**  
Yes. Corporate deliveries are usually made between **07:30 – 16:00**, depending on when the order is placed. Please note your preferred delivery time in the order.  

**Can I request a specific delivery time?**  
We cannot guarantee exact times, but we always do our best to accommodate requests. Please write your wish in the order notes and we will try to fulfill it.

## Payments & Refunds  

**What payment methods do you accept?**  
We accept all major credit/debit cards, MobilePay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.  

**Can I get a refund if my flowers are not delivered?**  
Yes. If for any reason we cannot complete the delivery, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. See our full **Refund Policy** for details.
