# Returns & Refunds Policy  

At Floradirekt.dk we connect customers with local florists to ensure fresh, hand-tied bouquets delivered with care. Because flowers are perishable and custom-made, our returns and refund policy is designed to be both fair and clear for all parties involved.

## No Standard Returns  
- Flowers are a **fresh, perishable product**. Once prepared and delivered, they cannot be returned or resold.  
- For this reason, **standard return rights do not apply** to flower deliveries.

## Refunds & Replacements  

A refund or replacement may be offered in the following cases:  

1. **Non-Delivery**  
   - If your order cannot be delivered due to an error on our side or our partner florist’s side, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.  

2. **Damaged or Poor-Quality Flowers**  
   - If the bouquet arrives damaged or does not meet our freshness standards, please contact us within **24 hours** of delivery with photo documentation.  
   - After review, we may offer a replacement bouquet or a partial/full refund.  

3. **Incorrect Product**  
   - If the florist delivers the wrong bouquet compared to your order, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

## When Refunds Do Not Apply  

Refunds cannot be offered in the following situations:  

- If the **delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete**.  
- If the **recipient was not available** at the delivery time and no safe delivery instructions were provided.  
- If the **sender requested “do not leave at the door”** and the recipient was not home.  
- If the flowers were refused by the recipient for reasons unrelated to quality or delivery failure.  
- If the request for refund is made **more than 24 hours after delivery** and no documentation is provided.

- Each order is prepared and delivered by an **independent local florist** in our network.  
- Floradirekt.dk acts as the **platform** connecting customers with florists. Responsibility for the preparation and delivery lies with the florist fulfilling the order.  
- Floradirekt.dk ensures all partner florists follow our quality standards and delivery policies.

## How to Request a Refund

2. Provide your **order number**, a description of the issue, and **photo documentation** if flowers arrived damaged or incorrect.
