# Delivery Information  

At Floradirekt.dk we take flower delivery seriously. Our goal is to ensure that every bouquet arrives on time, in perfect condition, and exactly as promised. Below you will find all details about our delivery process, times, and policies.  

## Delivery Fee  
We charge a **flat delivery fee of 69 DKK** per order – no hidden costs.  

## Delivery Times  
- Our standard delivery window is **07:30 – 20:00**, Monday to Saturday.  
- Orders placed **before 13:00 (1 PM)** are delivered the same day.  
- Orders placed **after 13:00** are delivered the next business day.  
- On Sundays and public holidays we do not deliver, except on special occasions such as **Mother’s Day** or **Valentine’s Day**.  

## Business & Corporate Deliveries  
- Please specify in the notes if your company has fixed opening hours or requires a specific delivery time.  

## Funeral Deliveries  
- Funeral deliveries are treated with the highest priority and respect.  
- We strive to deliver **from 07:00 onwards** and always ensure flowers arrive **at least 1 hour before the ceremony begins**.  
- Please include the ceremony time, name of the church/chapel, and contact information when placing the order.  

## Tracking & Communication  
- Every customer receives an **email with a live GPS tracking link** when the order is on its way.  
- Through this link you can follow the delivery in real time and even send special instructions directly to the driver.  
- If we encounter issues, we will always **call both the recipient and the sender** before returning the flowers.  

## If Delivery Cannot Be Completed  
- If no one is home and it is not allowed to leave the bouquet by the door, the flowers will be returned to the florist shop that prepared them.  
- If we cannot access an apartment building and no one answers our call, the bouquet will also be returned.  
- In case of incorrect or incomplete addresses, the flowers will be taken back to the shop and the sender will be contacted.  

## Proof of Delivery  
- Our drivers provide **photo documentation** of both the bouquet and delivery location.  
- This guarantees quality, transparency, and peace of mind.
